As a data controller, Jest Events collect a variety of data in order to deliver our services and we will manage your personal data transparently, fairly and securely. We may ask you to provide us the following data –
First and last names, contact numbers, email and postal addresses. When you hire a Photo Booth, we also manage images as per our contractual agreement with you. We use the above data to deliver our service to you. We collect this data on the following lawful basis to arrange or fulfil a Contract.
Photo Booth images are kept in a digital format and permanently destroyed/deleted after 1 year.

We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
